Warranty Claim

You can request warranty service by simply sending an e-mail to marvolis@marvolis.com. Please include the following information:

•  Your order number

•  Details of your request. E.g: Ring was torn after rock climbing, would like to be replaced with new size 7. You may optionally include your phone number in case you're unreachable by e-mail.

Your e-mail will be automatically ticketed and guaranteed be followed up by a support agent within 1 business day.
